Return, Refund, And Exchange Policy
We are very sorry but perishable food products cannot be return. Non-food products can be returned as described below.
- If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly/whatsapp us at 014-3330181 and we will do our best to resolve your problem.
We do not accept change of mind returns.
We have a 30 calendar day return policy for our non-food products. If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns for all our non-food products for the following reasons:
- Product is damaged
- Product is defective.
- Product is not as advertised
- Wrong item delivered
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that were wrongly delivered or not-as-advertised, must be returned in its original packaging.
To complete your return, you are required to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and submit it with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Upon inspection we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
For approved returns, we will exchange your item accordingly. In the event we do not have the relevant stock, we will give you a full refund.
For rejected returns, we will return the original item to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the credit card company.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should courier your product to using your preferred courier service provider:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
