Packing: 17 sheets
- Spread thin layer of tempered couverture or compound chocolate on to the transfer sheet. Leave at least 20 minutes at 6°C .
- Peel off the transparent sheet after the chocolate has harden.
- Tips: You may create curved chocolate decorations by creating lines on the chocolate before it hardens and then curve it by using a rod.
