Premium Instant Pastry Cream Custard Powder
A vanilla flavoured instant pastry cream custard powder.
Mainly used for filling breads, doughnuts and eclairs
ADVANTAGES:
- Powdered vanilla cream
- Light and creamy consistency
- Bake, freeze, and thaw stable.
Use prepared cream within 2 hours if not refrigerated OR 24 hours if refrigerated.
Keep cool and dry at 5-15 degree Celsius.
Recipe:
- 400 gm of instant mix
- 1 liter of water
