This honey is relatively dense (70°Bx) and has a pleasing mouth feel. It is superb for marinating, drizzling over waffles and pancakes, or making sauces.
Natural honey crystallisation may occur due to its sugar content. To dissolve crystals, warm honey in a warm bath of 35 - 40°C until the crystals dissolve.
Overheating honey beyond 40°C may affect its nutritional value, flavour, aroma or colour.
