PASTAROM Bake is recommended for:
• Yeast doughs
• Cookies
• Danish pastries
• Sponges
• Pound cakes
• Crumbles
• Shortcrust pastry
• Muffins

... and whatever other confectionery baked goods are fancied by the user.

Recommended Dosage: 2-3gm to 1kg of batter

115gm

BUTTER CUBES CHILLED

160gm

BUTTERMILK

10gm

METHOD: 

1. Combine all dry ingredients first and then add the cold butter pieces.

2. Finally add the Buttermilk. 

3. Don’t overmix, just mix a short while with paddle. 

4. Place on table and roll carefully out to your thickness of desire and sprinkle with sugar.

5. Bake at 200 degree Celsius.
