Maltose are processed by purely natural fermentation, without any additives and preservative. It come with yellowish brown and taste full flavour of malt and sweet naturally. Main applications for Maltose are as pastry filling’s, roasted foods and food moisturiser. It also suitable to be used in making candy, biscuits and great for flavorous in sauces, marinate meats, roasted chicken and dessert as well. The moisture will be maintained due to temperature changes, so the taste and sweetness are balanced and achieve the best results.
