A sugar substitute derived from natural sugar, isomalt acts as a dietary fiber that sweetens.

Ingredients: Mixture of hydrogenated saccharides

Typical uses of isomalt:

Isomalt is preferred over sugar because:
» it is convenient, no added water or glucose needed
