Intermediate Course :
= 3 Days (15,16 & 17 Nov 2021)
= 9 am - 5 pm
= inclusive of ingredients, modules and lunch.
Entry Requirements :
- Have basic knowledge of gelato making.
- Intermediate Course, participants will know the composition of ingredients, calculation balancing technique of gelato and sorbet. More understanding of the production process of artisan gelato and sorbets.
Important Notes :
- Registration Closing Date = 2nd November 2021
- Participant's employer is advisable to submit the HRDF claim application at least one week prior to the training date.
