Flexipan® is Demarle's revolutionary flexible pastry mould. It is made from a combination of silicon and fiberglass. The mould is flexible, and has non stick quality. Flexipan® is a long life, durable product, and can be used up to 2500 times.
No greasing required, and no breakage during unmould. Use it to bake (+280°C) or freeze ( 40°C) sweet and savoury products.
