Works perfectly for defreezing, proving, defrosting and baking baguettes.

Removing bread from this mould during defrosting process is extremely easy because of the flexibility of the mesh and its non-stick property.

You get perfectly rounded baguettes due to the preformed fluted shape. The flutes will not lose their shapes over the bakes.
