Dawn Bakers Request Cake Mix, 500 g
Water, 230 g
Using a beater, blend together the red velvet cake mix and water on 1st speed for 1 minute, then mix on 2nd speed for 3 minutes.
Water 100 g
Oil 60 g
Slowly add in the second stage water and oil over 1 minute,
Then, scrape bowl and continue mixing on slow speed for a further 2 minutes.
Bake at 170°C for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
