About this product:

- Chefmaster Food Decorating Pens offer a mess-free and straightforward way for you to enhance the look of your desserts and express your creativity in new ways.

- Our edible markers are great to draw on fondant signs or molded pieces, to personalize cookies or to introduce young children to the joys of cookie and cake decorating.

- Each food coloring pen comes with a different tip size on each end:

• the thinner tip is ideal to write messages, drawing small details or adding lines on the top of your baked cookies to use as a guide before decorating them with royal icing.

• the thicker tip is perfect for filling in large areas of color quickly.

- Store in a dry, cool place. Make sure to snap the caps back on the markers tightly before storing.

- Ingredients: Water, FD&C Blue 1 (E133), FD&C Red 3 (E127), FD&C Red 40 (E129), FD&C Yellow 5 (E102), FD&C Yellow 6 (E110), Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative)

- Packaging: 2pcs

How to use:

- Shake the markers before use. The first time you are using each pen, press slightly the tips on a paper towel to allow the food coloring to flow into the tip.

- For best results always use your food coloring pens on a hard edible decorating surface such as fondant or fully dried royal icing.

- If you intend to use multiple colors on one item, apply each color and let it completely dry before adding a new one so they do not bleed into each other and you can keep your lines sharp and clean. Avoid overlapping different colors as they might blend together.

- Always put the cap back on your markers while not in use. Keeping them open for long period of time might allow the edible ink to dry and affect performance.
