You have various possibilities:

• In powder:
  • spread it with your finger
  • sprinkle it on the chocolate
  • sprinkle some powder over a nylon sheet, scrub your finger and place the dipped chocolate bonbons over the sheet
• By diluting with alcohol: 
  • apply it with a brush
