This praline paste consists of 47% of finest hazelnuts. Has an authentic hazelnut taste. It is produced immediately after the nuts have been roasted by Felchlin to ensure that it is as fresh as possible. We use the best cacao butter to naturally stabilize the paste. 

Ingredients: HAZELNUTS 47%, Sugar, Cacao Butter.

To flavor: Add 10-30% praline filling.
